How does per-user billing work?
On the Team plan you pay $8 per active user per month. Deactivate someone and they stop counting — you only ever pay for people actually using TurtleTask.
What happens when I outgrow the free plan?
Nothing breaks. When you need a fourth person or single sign-on, upgrade to Team from your organisation settings and keep everything you already have.
